Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

At Sugam Ayurveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we have specific return guidelines:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective products can be returned within 7 days
  • Wrong products delivered can be exchanged

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable"

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@sugamayurveda.com
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Ship the product back to us using the provided address

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • For online payments: Refund to original payment method (Razorpay)
  • For COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct product at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted under these conditions:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund
  • Cancellation after 24 hours but before shipping: 10% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation after shipping: Not possible, follow return process

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping charges for defective products
